The price of 24-karat gold remained unchanged on Monday and was traded at Rs430,662 per tola, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association. Similarly, the rate of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also stayed stable at Rs369,223, while 10 grams of 22-karat gold were sold at Rs338,466, showing no change from the previous day. In the international market, gold prices held steady as well, standing at $4,083 per ounce. On the other hand, silver prices recorded an increase. The price of 24-karat silver per tola rose by Rs55 to reach Rs5,368, while 10 grams of 24-karat silver increased by Rs47, settling at Rs4,602. International silver prices also edged up, climbing by $0.55 to trade at $50.96 per ounce, the association reported.
