ISLAMABAD – A local court has maintained the arrest warrants of Ali Amin Gandapur in the liquor and arms recovery case after he failed to appear for the hearing once again.
Judicial Magistrate Mubashir Hassan Chishti conducted the proceedings, during which the court expressed displeasure over Gandapur’s continued absence. The judge decided to keep the arrest warrants in place and adjourned the hearing until October 18.
The case against the former federal minister is registered at Bara Kahu Police Station in Islamabad.
