Federal board announces exam schedule for IMT, inter tech, IUSAM

Published on: September 30, 2025 10:42 PM

The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education has officially announced the schedule for the second annual examinations of Intermediate Medical Technologies (IMT), Inter Tech, and IUSAM programs for the year 2025. According to the detailed plan, the examinations are set to commence on December 23, providing students with ample time to prepare. The announcement has brought clarity for thousands of candidates eagerly waiting for confirmation of exam dates.

In its notification, the board also outlined the deadlines for admission form submission. The last date for submitting forms with the standard fee has been fixed as October 7, while candidates submitting forms with double fee can do so until October 15. Additionally, the board has set October 18 as the final deadline for late applicants submitting forms with triple fee, ensuring that no further extensions will be granted.

The examination fee structure has also been finalized. Regular students will be required to pay Rs. 2700, while registered IBCC case students must also deposit the same amount. However, candidates who fall under non-registered IBCC cases will be charged Rs. 4200. The board emphasized that all students must adhere strictly to the deadlines to avoid disqualification from appearing in the examinations.

Furthermore, the board highlighted the importance of timely compliance, stating that students who fail to submit their forms and fees within the specified dates will not be permitted to sit for the exams. This strict policy aims to ensure transparency, fairness, and smooth conduct of the upcoming examinations across all centers. Candidates are therefore urged to complete the process promptly and avoid last-minute complications.
