Taylor Swift might leave the Christmas lights up ’til January, but that doesn’t mean she’s hitting up all the holiday gatherings. Donna Kelce, the mom of Taylor’s boyfriend Travis Kelce, revealed that the “Fortnight” singer won’t be in attendance with the Kelce clan at any Thanksgiving gatherings. “I don’t think so,” Donna said of Taylor joining the family for any turkey day festivities on a Nov. 14 Today show appearance. “She’s kind of busy right now. She still has her tour to do.” In fact, the Grammy winner is finishing up the final leg of her epic Eras tour in Canada. She has five upcoming shows in Toronto before wrapping up the tour in Vancouver in early December. Though Tay notably does not have any listed tour dates the week of Thanksgiving or the week after. However, though she might not be spending Thanksgiving with the Kelces, Donna still found a way to honor the pop star during her Today appearance. Swifties noticed that Mama Kelce was rocking a gold bracelet featuring Taylor’s Tortured Poets Department logo while sharing one of her family recipes with viewers. As for Mama Kelce’s Thanksgiving plans, they won’t involve a big meal, but rather another Kelce family staple. “I am going to be at a football game,” she shared. “Travis is playing the day after Thanksgiving. Football’s always the holidays, football’s family.” The mother of the Kansas City Chiefs tight end added that their family, including son Jason Kelce, daughter-in-law Kylie Kelce and granddaughters Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 3, and Bennett, 20 months, don’t currently have a big meal on the lineup. “Not anything that’s planned,” she said. “I think we’re just gonna be at the football game.” Of course, Taylor herself has attended many Chiefs games cheering Travis on from the private box. During the team’s Nov. 10 game, Taylor’s dad Scott Swift was even spotted sharing a sweet moment with Travis’ dad Ed Kelce. In a photo shared to X, formerly Twitter, Scott and Ed sport Chiefs gear-with Ed in Travis’ 87 jersey while Scott wore a Chiefs T-shirt-and engage in a conversation, with Scott leaning into whisper something into Ed’s ear. And Scott-who also shares Taylor’s brother Austin Swift, 32, with her mom Andrea Swift-previously shared during a fan encounter that he loves the relationship between Taylor and Travis. “He did talk about how much he loves Travis for her, which was super cute,” a fan who sat next to Scott on a plane ride shared in an Oct. 29 TikTok. “I did not ask anything about Travis. He was just raving about his daughter and raving about her success and how proud he was of every aspect of her life.”
