Published on: July 7, 2023 12:35 PM

Shaista Lodhi, a versatile Pakistani celebrity, excels in various fields such as acting, hosting, and entrepreneurship.

Alongside her successful career as a practicing doctor, she is renowned for providing aesthetic procedures to actors seeking to enhance their beauty.

Fans have also expressed their love for her recent drama serial “Samjhota.”

Recently, Shaista Lodhi, the doctor and television host, made an appearance on Momin Saqib’s show where she discussed her encounter with her Bollywood crush, Shahid Kapoor. During the conversation, she also shared an awkward incident that occurred while meeting Shahid Kapoor.

Shaista Lodhi discussed her experience during an interview with Shahid Kapoor, she said, “there was a time, Shahid Kapoor was my biggest crush. I also got a chance to interview him for our morning show in Dubai, so, I was super excited when I came to know that we were interviewing him. I went to a salon in Dubai for my make-up, they gave me an Arabic style curly hairdo, they also gave me quite a heavy make-up look which never looks good on my face. At first, I protested a bit but then the make-up artist made me believe that I am looking super stunning. I took the half interview and I was feeling that I am looking so pretty but when the break happened and we were getting our t-shirts signed from Shahid, he asked, ‘whose picture is this on the shirt?’, I got too upset and all my excitement went away, I replied, ‘this is me’. Shahid Kapoor said that you look different in straight hair, and it wasn’t a positive comment at all. After that, I could not conduct the show well.”
