Sir: Deprivation has led people towards disappointment. Beside political, social and economic crises, Balochistan also seems to be deprived of the right of having fundamental education. In spite of covering 43 percent of the national territory and vast natural resources, Balochistan has the least number of educational institutions, the lowest literacy rate, lack of infrastructure, unsatisfactory facilities and missing guidance. Baloch students have a high potential to progress. The rulers have always intentionally neglected Balochistan.
