KARACHI: Mayor Karachi, Waseem Akhtar, terming the distribution of vehicle among Districts Vice Chairmen and Tehsil Vice Chairmen as “political bribe” has asked them to return the vehicles. Akhtar while lamenting Sindh government’s move of giving away vehicles has said that his department needs vehicles to lift garbage from the city. However, four Vice Chairmen (VC) of District Municipal Corporations (DMCs),East, West South and Korangi belonging to MQM-Pakistan refused to avail official vehicles.
