KHAIRPUR: The Commissioner conducted a raided at A-section and recovered an illegally detained villager while FIR has been registered against SHO under court orders, on Saturday. According to details, 2nd civil judge Khairpur Sajjad Naeem along with other staff under the direction of district and session judge Khairpur Sayed Ghulam Shah conducted a raided at A-section police station Khairpur and seized the records and found a villager Muhstaq Ali Rind who was arrested and detained without any case. The judge directed SHO to appear before the court. The SHO appeared before the court, and session judge Sayed Ghulam Shah ordered a FIR to be filed against SHO A-section Ghulam Hyder Birohi The court took action on the application of Nadeem Rind who complained that the SHO A-section arrested Mushtaq Rind without any case.
