SHIKARPUR: Several political parties and the Shuda Committee staged a protest demonstration on the Indus Highway and other parts of the city against transfer of SSP Shikarpur Umar Tufail here on Tuesday. According to reports, various political parties including JUI-F, JTI and other groups blocked the Indus Highway. They condemned transfer of SSP Shikarpur Umar Tufail and added the police officer had eliminated the terrorist network in the district.
