KARACHI: Pakistan People’s Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto has expressed grief and sorrow over the sad demise of renowned lawyer Abdul Hafeez Lakho who passed away on Saturday. The PPP chairman praised the struggle for democracy and rule of law of the late Abdul Hafeez Lakho and prayed to Almighty Allah to rest his departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage and fortitude to the members of bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss. Lakho was the counsel for Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) founder Zulfikar Ali Bhutto in murder case of former Advocate General of Sindh Nawab Muhammed Khan, reported a private news channel. His funeral prayer will be offered at Karachi’s Masjid Sultan after Zuhr prayer on Sunday. In his condolence message, the PPP chairman also expressed grief and sorrow over the sad demise of Humayun Akhtar, father of journalist Kamran Suhail and offered condolence on his death. He prayed to Almighty Allah to rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage and fortitude to the members of bereaved family.
