KARACHI: Sindh Rangers on Saturday claimed to have arrested a target killer, Naseem Kubra, who is affiliated with a political party – a private news channel reported. According to details, the person, arrested during a raid in Korangi Town, confessed to vandalism, extortion and forcefully shutting down markets during strikes. Naseem Kubra has admitted to have killed land grabber Moulana Saif Ullah with the assistance of his companions Umair, Naeem and Shani in 2012. A spokesperson for the paramilitary force said the Naseem also took extortion money from the locals while he was also involved in destroying public property during protests. Police officer said that the Naseem’s accomplices Shani aka Guddu, Amir Mota, Kashif, Israr Aijaz, Ali, Umair and Naeem Baas would soon be taken into custody.
