GHOTKI: A tractor collided with motorcycle at Ghotki by-pass on national highway on Friday. The collision killed motorcyclist Seengar Solangi of Khairpur while Arz Muhammad got injured. Ghotki police arrested tractor driver and the dead body was handed over to his relatives.
