‘My heart will go on’ songstress has suffered the loss of many loved ones over the past year. Her brother Daniel Dion and husband passed away, after battling with lung cancer for years. Despite all the pain, she has been strong and happy and shared a picture of her family members, on the occasion of her mother’s 90th birthday. The family portrait includes Dion’s three sons with her late husband and manager Rene Angelil. Her siblings are also a part of the picture. Birthday girl, referred as ‘Maman Dion’ in the Canadian press was sitting in the center. “What a privilege for all of us to still have you around. Happy 90th birthday mom! We love you,” Dion captioned the picture. According to sources, Dion is the youngest of 14 children. Dion’s mother was both a home maker and singer and her father Adhemar was a butcher. The couple used to play at weekend gigs at the cabaret that they owned. Celine’s father passed away from an illness at the age of 80. After both her husband and brother passed away in the same week, Celine looked at the positive side as she commented, “René escorted my brother. It was perfect.” Recently, Celine was present at the Beauty and the Beast premiere in Los Angeles, where she donned a blue hue dress, similar to Melania Trump. She looked extremely classy. She has contributed a ballad for the film called “how does a moment last forever.”
