LAHORE: Following the launch of Sapphire’s second winter volume, the brand is now launching a silk anniversary collection, ‘Route de la Soie’ on 6th December, and two other collections later this month in celebration of their second anniversary. The ‘Route de la Soie’ collection is about celebration of great aesthetics and quality; comprising of silk dupattas and shirts featuring fashion forward prints with a modern flair. The two-piece collection’s price range for silk tunics is Rs 6,990 and silk dupatta is for Rs 2190. The photography for the campaign featuring model Amna Ilyas is done by Nadir Feroze Khan, while the makeup is by Raana Khan. Talking about the upcoming anniversary-special collections, the brand’s creative director Khadijah Shah said, “This December, we celebrate Sapphire’s success as it turns two years old in the retail market. We are proud of where have we come in such a short period of time, I along with my design team have worked really hard on the four collections being launched in our anniversary month.” Their ‘Wild at Heart’ stitched winter khaddar collection has a vibe of the magnificent and fanciful world of spell bounding colors, dramatic prints and captivating silhouettes. The collection is all about embracing one’s eccentric side and gearing up for a playful mix of contemporary designs and striking hues. The brand’s coveted menswear collection featuring Adnan Malik is the celebration of the rich heritage and diverse culture of the subcontinent, and is inspired from the opulent lifestyle of Maharajas. The collection seamlessly blends plush fabrics with contemporary silhouettes to create timeless pieces. Sapphire director Nabeel Abdullah also talked about their anniversary collections saying, “Sapphire is turning two and we have so much in store for our patrons.
