Gujranwala robbers rule the roost

GUJRANWALA: Citizens were deprived of cash, gold ornaments, vehicles and other valuables in 23 hits here on Saturday.

In Ladhewala Warraich police station limit armed men intercepted Wazir Ali and his family and snatched Rs. 23 thousands, two cell phones and gold ornaments, in Safdar area bandits looted Rs. 40 thousands, cell phone from Shafiq, in Khiali robbers snatched Rs 17,000, applied for motorcycle and two cell phones from Nabi Ahmed, in Qila Didar Singh dacoits took away Rs 30,000, three cell phones from Nafees, Abid was deprived of Rs 63,000, two cell phones and gold chain at gunpoint in Cantt area, swindlers took away Rs 15,000, gold ornaments and cell phone from Sadiqa, in Saddar Kamoke area armed men snatched Rs 70,000, gold ornaments and cell phone from Hafiz, in Gakhar Mandi bandits looted Rs 28,000 and cell phone from Imran, three dacoits looted Rs 40,000, three cell phones and gold ring from Sheikh Moeen in Aroop police station limit, in city Wazirabad area Sharjeel was deprived of Rs 20,000, gold ornaments and cell phone at gunpoint, in Saddar Kamoke bandits snatched Rs 100,000, gold ornaments and cell phones from Luqman, in Saddar Wazirabad police station limit robbers took away Rs 37,000, two cell phones and a wrist watch from Akbar, at Emanabad dacoits took away Rs 70,000, three cell phones from Fareed, in Nowshera Virkan armed men intercepted Saqib and deprived him of Rs. 60 thousands, gold ring and cell phone, at Ferozewala bandits snatched Rs. 30 thousands, gold ornaments and cell phone from Abu Bakar, at Kot Ladha robbers looted Rs 50,000, two cell phones and gold chain from Jehangir, in Aroop police station limit Akram was deprived of Rs 25,000, gold ornaments and cell phones at gunpoint, in theft incidents unknown thieves took away cash and valuables from the houses of Asif, Jamshed, Zohaib and Asim while Abdul Rasheed’s car was stolen from Satellite town.
