Sir: It is matter of great injustice to ex-employees of defunct SRTC Hyderabad depot. It is worth mentioning here that all transport companies KTC, GTS Lahore and Peshawar were closed in 1999 and all the ex-employees of these depots except SRTC Hyderabad depot were paid their dues including pension and old-age benefit were also being paid to these defunct depots but the pension and old-age benefit was not being paid to SRTC Hyderabad depot employees. It is, therefore, requested that the same legal payment of pension (old age) benefit may kindly be provided to the ex-employees of the SRTC Hyderabad depot so that they may not be deprived of this legal right.
