GUJRANWALA: Scores of residents of Imran Colony on Monday held a symbolic funeral ceremony of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) for not resolving the public’s issues despite of repeated promises.
Reportedly, the residents criticised PML-N candidates including the former defence minister Khurram Dastgir Khan and former MPA Abdul Rauf Mughal for failing miserably in providing necessary facilities to the people of Gujranwala.
They claimed that their constituencies were badly neglected by the former parliamentarians while no development works were initiated during their tenures.
They demanded them to resolve their issues on priority basis, otherwise they would boycott elections.
