Police in Karachi have submitted a supplementary challan against alleged drug dealer Anmol, alias Pinky, in a narcotics smuggling case originally registered in 2018, claiming that the suspect admitted during interrogation to operating a drug trafficking network.

The case was heard by the Additional District and Sessions Judge (South), where the prosecution presented fresh investigation findings after questioning the accused in jail with the court’s permission.
According to the supplementary challan, Pinky had remained a proclaimed absconder since 2018. Investigators later traced her after she was arrested in connection with a murder case registered at Baghdadi Police Station. Following the court’s approval, police interrogated her while she was in judicial custody.
The challan states that during questioning, the accused allegedly confessed to running a narcotics network and described herself as its ringleader. Investigators claim she disclosed that in 2018, three individuals — Maysar Ali, Nasir Ali and Ainullah — were transporting narcotics when they were arrested by police in the Akhtar Colony area.
Police further informed the court that a criminal record check revealed the accused has been named in 21 cases registered at various police stations. The investigation also noted that two suspects, Maysar Ali and Ainullah, remain absconders, while Pinky’s brother was acquitted in the same case on February 26, 2026.
The narcotics recovery case was originally registered by the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) in 2018. Authorities have requested the court to proceed with the trial based on the supplementary investigation and the evidence collected during the latest inquiry.

The allegations contained in the supplementary challan have been presented by the prosecution and remain subject to judicial scrutiny. The accused will have the opportunity to contest the claims during trial, and the court will determine the case on the basis of evidence presented by both sides.
