Advisor to the Chief Minister Sindh and Official Spokesperson for the Sindh Government, Sukhdev Asardas Hemnani on Wednesday visited the under construction Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Filtration Plant at Village Muhammad Azeem Manik, District Ghotki.

The plant has been established under the Village Improvement Plan (VIP) through his special quota.

Senior District Manager of Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO), along with the district team and community representatives, welcomed the guest and briefed him on the progress of the scheme. The RO filtration plant is being cited as a successful model of the Village Improvement Plan, aimed at providing safe drinking water and improving the quality of life for surrounding communities.

The scheme is being managed by Village Organization Ekta, reflecting strong community ownership and participation. SRSO facilitated the planning, implementation, capacity building and is providing continued technical support to ensure sustainability of the intervention.

Hemnani appreciated the dedication of the local community in the construction of the plant and acknowledged the effective role of SRSO in implementing sustainable development initiatives in the area.
