According to details, the Punjab government has started important planning to develop Lahore’s famous commercial and social center, Liberty Chowk, in a new style.
A proposal has been made to use Liberty Roundabout as a permanent venue for major national and government events in the coming financial year.
According to the government plan, important national events including August 14, March 23, September 6 and New Year are being planned to be held at Liberty Roundabout, while a special task has been assigned to the Parks and Horticulture Authority for this purpose. On the other hand, it has also been decided to develop Liberty Market and its surrounding area on a modern digital model.
