Expectations are high regarding measures related to taxation, inflation control, development spending and energy sector reforms.
Economic analysts believe the budget will reflect the government’s efforts to maintain fiscal discipline while supporting economic growth. The proposals are also expected to address revenue generation targets, public sector development programmes and social welfare initiatives.
