The Lahore Arts Council Alhamra organized a magnificent series of literary and cultural celebrations to commemorate the successful completion of one remarkable year of “Marka-e-Haq,” presenting a powerful reflection of national pride, patriotic spirit and cultural harmony.

The prestigious event served as a vibrant tribute to Pakistan’s enduring strength, unity and ideological resilience, while reaffirming the transformative role of arts and culture in promoting a positive national narrative. The celebrations aimed to highlight Pakistan’s enlightened, dignified and progressive image through the expressive power of fine arts. The event beautifully demonstrated how cultural expression can strengthen national identity, inspire collective pride and project Pakistan’s soft image with confidence and distinction on the global stage.

A special musical evening held at Alhamra became the centerpiece of the celebrations, where emotionally stirring national songs and timeless patriotic melodies filled the atmosphere with passion and pride. Soul-touching performances of iconic patriotic anthems, including “Aey Puttar Hattan Te Nahi Wikde,” “Hai Jazba Junoon Tu Himmat Na Haar,” “Yeh Watan Tumhara Hai,” “Dil Dil Pakistan,” “Sohni Dharti Allah Rakhey,” “Pak Watan,” “Hum Zinda Qaum Hain,” “Watan Ki Matti Gawah Rehna,” and “Mera Paigham Pakistan,” received thunderous appreciation from the audience and transformed the evening into a memorable expression of national unity and emotional devotion to the homeland.

The musical program featured outstanding performances by renowned singers Hamed Ali Khan, Nayab Ali Khan, Imran Shaukat, Abdul Rauf and Iman Ali, alongside talented young artists from the Alhamra Academy of Performing Arts and Kinnaird College for Women University. Through their exceptional artistry, powerful vocals and emotionally charged performances, the artists passionately conveyed the message of patriotism, national solidarity and Pakistan’s positive cultural identity.

The event was attended by Executive Director Alhamra Muhammad Nawaz Gondal, Secretary Board of Revenue Shafqat Ullah

Mushtaq, distinguished personalities from various walks of life, members of the artistic community and a large number of citizens who enthusiastically participated in the celebrations.

Addressing the ceremony, Executive Director Alhamra Muhammad Nawaz Gondal remarked that the one-year celebrations of “Marka-e-Haq” stand as a powerful tribute to national spirit, unity, and cultural strength. “Through this, Alhamra transforms patriotism into a living artistic expression, honoring the unmatched courage of our national heroes and illuminating the world with Pakistan’s strength, dignity, unity and glorious cultural identity.”

The event concluded amid immense enthusiasm, with audiences applauding the extraordinary performances and the inspiring vision behind the celebrations. The evening emerged as a shining manifestation of how art, music and culture can unite hearts, preserve national identity and elevate the spirit of patriotism for generations to come.
