According to The Times of India, recent praise from former US President Donald Trump for Pakistan’s leadership has added a personal dimension to bilateral ties. The report also noted that connections with US-based figures, including Zachary Witkoff, have contributed to enhancing Pakistan’s influence in Washington.

Indian media credited Bilal Bin Saqib with playing a key role in shaping Pakistan’s “crypto diplomacy.” Over the past year, he has reportedly established links with major global figures in the cryptocurrency space, including Changpeng Zhao, Cathie Wood, and Michael Saylor.

A report by NDTV stated that Bilal Bin Saqib’s appointment as an adviser to World Liberty Financial, a cryptocurrency initiative linked to Trump, marked a significant milestone. This development is seen as a step toward building trust and fostering stronger ties between Pakistan and key stakeholders in the US financial and political ecosystem.

The concept of “crypto diplomacy” refers to leveraging digital assets, blockchain networks, and relationships within the global crypto community to advance diplomatic and economic interests. Analysts suggest that Pakistan’s outreach in this emerging domain has opened new channels of engagement with influential figures in the United States.
