Officials emphasized that citizens’ cooperation with traffic and safety regulations is crucial, noting that proper compliance could allow the Basant festival to continue as a permanent annual event in Lahore.

Authorities have also issued public advisories encouraging visitors to plan their travel, follow traffic rules, and prioritize safety, while city officials remain committed to maintaining order during the high-volume festival days.
