LAHORE: The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Sunday released a new national anthem titled “Qaum kay Shaheedo Tumhen Salam” — a powerful musical tribute to the martyrs of Pakistan who laid down their lives for the country’s defence and peace.
In this emotionally charged composition, the ISPR honours the brave soldiers, children, and women who sacrificed everything for the homeland. The song reflects the nation’s collective pride and gratitude toward those who stood firm against the forces of terrorism and extremism. “Every drop of blood spilled by these martyrs ensures the survival and peace of Pakistan,” the ISPR message reads, reaffirming the military’s commitment to safeguard the country “until the very last drop of blood.”

The anthem also commemorates the innocent victims of terrorist attacks, acknowledging their pain as part of the national sacrifice. It serves as a reminder that the stories of Pakistan’s martyrs will remain etched in the hearts of every citizen.
The release comes just days after the Pakistan Armed Forces repelled multiple cross-border attacks launched by Afghan Taliban and affiliated militant groups. According to ISPR, Pakistani forces killed over 200 militants in recent counter-operations, sending a clear message that the country will not tolerate aggression.
Through this patriotic anthem, the ISPR reinforces Pakistan’s enduring unity and resilience — a musical salute to those whose courage continues to protect the nation’s future.
