A comprehensive training session was convened for the officers and officials of the District Sialkot Arazi Record Center (ARC) on the issuance process of property certificates, aiming to enhance efficiency and public service delivery.
The session was attended by Director Operations, Additional Director Operations, and the technical teams from the Punjab Land Record Authority (PLRA) and PULSE. The PLRA and PULSE software experts delivered a detailed presentation on the technical and procedural framework of property certificate issuance, including digital verification, system integration, and record authentication mechanisms.
During the session, Director Operations emphasized the significance of the Green Parcel Certificate, terming it a key reform step in ensuring transparency and public convenience in land record management. He directed all ARC officials to prioritize citizen facilitation, maintain accuracy in digital entries, and ensure that the new system becomes a model of efficient public service delivery in the province.
The training session concluded with a Q&A segment, where field officers discussed implementation challenges and received technical guidance from the software teams. Officials termed the initiative a positive step towards strengthening digital governance and public trust in the property record system.
