Sir: Recently, I visited the Education Quetta Board office and parked our motorcycle near the gate alongwith hundreds of other motorcycles as there was no sign of ‘No Parking’ placed nearby. After finishing my work, I came out and noticed that several bikes which were parked near the gate were punctured by the policemen on duty. After enquiring, the policemen on duty answered that ‘it is a no-parking area.’ These policemen never asked the students to not park their motorbike near the gate. Does a policeman have the right to puncture? Why is the ‘No parking’ board placed around the gate? ATIQ ALI Turbat
