ISLAMABAD: The total liquid foreign reserves held by Pakistan stood at $23,081.2 million on August 19, 2016. Giving the break-up of the foreign reserves position on Thursday, a statement of the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) said that the Foreign reserves held by the bank stood at $18,186.8 million while the net foreign reserves held by commercial banks reached to $4,894.4 million on August 19. During the week ending, SBP’s Liquid FX Reserves increased by $467 million to $18,187 million – compared to $17,720 million in the previous week.
