Adnan Maqsood

A complete self-help book

Published on: February 27, 2019 11:43 PM

Who Will Cry When You Die? is written by Canadian author Robin Sharma. This book was published in 1999 and this was the third book in the series The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari.

This is a simply written book, because the writer wanted everyone to avail the benefits this book aims to impart. It is divided into 101 short chapters and each chapter offers solutions and suggestions to face some of the difficult problems of life and develop one’s personality and personal skills.

Additionally, one can learn how to balance their time so their loved ones don’t feel left out. It suggests how one can help others and derive happiness and confidence by putting other’s happiness before their own. The book also quotes motivational words by some of the most successful people that ever lived.

I think reading the chapter Practice Tough Love in this book was one of the best decisions that I ever made. The chapter talks about always taking the most difficult path. It talks about the road less travelled and how we should always take it in order to become unique and different from others. Another chapter titled Don’t Finish Every Book You Start talks about trying to understand what the other person is saying rather than only hearing.

I think reading the chapter Practice Tough Love in this book was one of the best decisions that I ever made as it talks about always taking the most difficult path. It talks about the road less travelled and how we should always take it in order to become unique and different

The book got me thinking about myself, my problems and my responsibilities and how these would double in future. The book made me realise how important and valuable family time could be. How important self reflection is, how important silence can be sometimes.

The book also talks about how we deal with our problems by simply taking a nap and forgetting them for the time being. It states that people fail to see their problems as blessing sometimes. Keep a smile on the face really helps sometimes. It’s essential to get up early in the morning to choose what you need to do and why?

We are always running against time and avoid taking risks. The book says live a day without your watch and take more risks. As a result, you will see a big change in yourself

and will ultimately begin enjoying taking these risks.

I strongly recommend Robin Sharma’s book to everyone. This highly informative book’s chapters are connected to each other and help a person tackle whatever it’s they’re going through.

The writer is a student at Atta Shad Degree College. He can be reached at [email protected]
