DADU: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has termed Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan as ‘failed’ minister for interior affairs, saying he (the minister) had been issuing statements against the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP). Last week, Nisar during his informal talk with journalists said that the Pakistan People’s Party was angry with him as he let the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) probe cases of corruption on which the previous government stopped action. The PPP wanted that no action should be taken in corruption cases but he took the cases forward, he had said. Chief Minister Murad also said that the security operation would continue in Karachi till the eradication of terrorism in all parts of the provincial capital. He was talking to journalists here after addressing public gatherings at Nanagr Khan Birhmani and Ali Hassan Shahani villages in Sehwan Sharif on Sunday. About the incident happened in the Sindh Assembly with MPA Nusrat Sahar Abbasi, the chief minister said that Sindh Minister Imdad Pitafi should not have used derogatory words for his colleague in the assembly. PPP Chairman Bilwal Bhutto had taken notice of the incident and action would be taken against the provincial minister, he added.
