Sir: As Tharparkar is rural area which is population is over 7.6 million and the literacy rate is 26% which is too lesser. The livelihood of most population is relying on livestock and rearing animals to meet the basic needs. Many people have not access in their vicinity to get the kids to be educated. Due to having not proper access for school and financially weak, many kids are out of school and become deprive of education. Mainly 15 percent youth go for higher education and do their graduation in their respective fields. After graduation, it is very hard to get job immediately for fresh candidates. Whenever FPSC announces of commission for different posts then it keeps the test center of Tharparkar in Karachi instead of in its headquarter Mith which will be sweetable for Thari youth. Test center in Karachi becomes so costly for Thari, and they could not afford. Because If the one who wants to give and to appear in the commission then atleast he or she must have 8000 thousand rupees for expenditures. So we appeal to FPSC that do change the center and make the Mithi Centre for commission test and that would be the best for.
