MQM-P lawmaker Dr Fauzia joins alliances with PSP

Published on: March 29, 2018 8:42 PM

Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan’s (MQM-P) federal lawmaker, Dr Fauzia, changed her loyalties and announced on Thursday to join the Pakistan Sarzameen Party (PSP) lead by Mustafa Kamal.

PSP leader kindly welcomed Dr. Fauzia at the party’s main office, Pakistan House, saying that he will never let anyone down after joining his party.

Formerly, MQM’s two female representatives of the provincial assembly, Naheed Begum and Naila Latif, joined PSP. They stated that they tried their level best to save MQM. However, the individual interests and stubbornness of the leaders affected the party’s image badly.

PSP leader, Mustafa Kamal, also invited members of both MQM party to join him, demanding to also pardon Karachi youth like FATA and Balochistan and include them in the national mainstream.

Previously, Shamshad Ghouri, Muhajjir Qoumi Movement Haqiqi’s vice president, Raees, and Kashif Mughal have also joined forces with PSP.
