ISLAMABAD: As many as three people, including a woman, lost their lives in an armed clash between two groups in the federal capital on Sunday. Police said that two armed groups had an exchange of fire within the limits of the Aabpara police station after a feud over grazing of sheep in the fields. They said the clash left three people dead, including two members of the same family. Abpara police said two dead bodies were found in a car, which were shifted to Polyclinic Hospital for autopsy. They were identified as Mian Alam Khan and his wife, who hailed from Waziristan. Whereas, another killed person, identified as Miskeen, belonged to their rival group. A suspect involved in the gun battle had been arrested in injured condition, police said and added efforts were afoot to nab the rest of the culprits. Published in Daily Times, December 11th 2017.
