Ahad Raza Mir says true love comes only once

Published on: July 20, 2026 5:55 PM

Pakistani actor Ahad Raza Mir has shared his thoughts on love, saying he believes genuine love is a once-in-a-lifetime experience and cannot happen repeatedly. His comments came during a promotional interview in which he discussed the central theme of second chances in relationships alongside his co-star Maya Ali.

When asked whether people can fall in love again after a failed relationship, Ahad replied that true love happens only once. Although he acknowledged that a person’s first relationship may not always succeed, he maintained that genuine love cannot be experienced multiple times throughout life.

Maya Ali offered a different perspective during the discussion, suggesting that a person’s first experience of love could simply be a mistake rather than their true soulmate. However, Ahad respectfully stood by his opinion, saying that while failed relationships are possible, real love remains a unique and one-time feeling.

Ahad’s remarks quickly sparked discussion among fans, especially because his personal life has often remained in the public spotlight. His marriage and later divorce from actor Sajal Aly, along with speculation surrounding his reported relationships, have frequently attracted attention, although he has consistently avoided commenting on such rumours.

Instead, Ahad has continued to keep his focus on his acting career and current projects rather than addressing public speculation about his private life. He is currently portraying Haroon Malik opposite Maya Ali in the drama Aik Mohabbat Aur, where the story explores relationships, emotions, and the possibility of second chances.
