Bahrain and Kuwait reported fresh Iranian attacks on Monday as fighting between the United States and Iran intensified. The incidents raised regional security concerns and affected countries hosting US military facilities. Both governments said they intercepted parts of the attacks.
According to Bahraini authorities, air defenses intercepted and destroyed several Iranian aerial threats. Meanwhile, Kuwait described the incident as a “heinous Iranian aggression.” Earlier, Iran’s Revolutionary Guards claimed responsibility for striking US military targets in Kuwait.

The latest escalation follows the collapse of a fragile US-Iran ceasefire. According to reports, Iran began targeting vessels using an Omani route through the Strait of Hormuz. In response, the United States launched additional strikes inside Iran.
Bahrain, home to the US Fifth Fleet, reported explosions over its capital, Manama, as warning sirens sounded. Additionally, the US Embassy warned Americans about potential threats in central Manama. It urged citizens to remain alert and follow local authorities’ instructions.
Bahrain accused Iran of targeting civilians during the attacks. Meanwhile, Kuwait said Iranian strikes targeted water and electricity facilities alongside oil infrastructure. The developments have heightened concerns over regional stability and critical infrastructure security.
