The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd. (PPCBL) has signed an agreement with AutoSoft Dynamics (Pvt.) Ltd. for the implementation of a Loan Origination System (LOS), marking another step in the Bank’s digital transformation journey.
The new system is aimed at streamlining and modernizing PPCBL’s lending processes, covering the entire loan lifecycle from application intake to credit assessment, approval and disbursement through a technology-driven platform. With the implementation of the LOS, the Bank expects to reduce loan processing turnaround time, enhance credit risk assessment and decision-making, improve transparency and customer experience, and strengthen regulatory compliance and reporting.
The agreement was signed in the presence of senior management from both organizations, reflecting their shared commitment to innovation, operational excellence and financial inclusion.
The initiative is part of PPCBL’s broader strategy to modernize its technology infrastructure and further enhance customer service delivery across its branch network.
