Jemima made the appeal via social media, emphasizing the urgency of the request amid concerns over Imran Khan’s deteriorating health. She highlighted the emotional and personal significance of enabling her children to maintain contact with their father during this period.

She also revealed that both Salman and Qasim had re-applied for Pakistani visas in January. Although the Pakistani consulate had indicated that online visa processing would take 7 to 10 days, more than 60 days have passed, and her sons have yet to be granted permission to meet or communicate with their father.

Jemima’s statement underlines the prolonged delay in the visa process and stresses the need for expedited consideration, particularly given the sensitive circumstances surrounding Imran Khan’s health. She called on authorities to prioritize family reunification and ensure that the children can have meaningful contact with their father without further delays.

The matter has drawn attention on social media and among the public, reflecting wider concerns about the accessibility of family members to political figures during times of illness or personal difficulty.
