
SARGODHA — In a shocking incident in the Bhagtanwala area near Sargodha, a man allegedly murdered his wife and five children using an axe, police officials said on Sunday. The children, aged between one and sixteen years, and the mother were reportedly attacked at their home in a brutal act of violence.

According to preliminary reports, the suspect had suspicions regarding his daughter’s character, which allegedly prompted him to commit the killings. Following the attack, the man reportedly inflicted injuries upon himself and was shifted to a nearby hospital in critical condition. Police said he is under medical care, and interrogation will be conducted once his condition stabilizes.
