
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan’s medical report has been submitted to the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC), officials said on Friday. The report confirms that he was medically examined in accordance with jail rules. The submission came during a hearing on a petition regarding his medical examination.
ATC Judge Amjad Ali Shah heard the petition, with Adiala Jail Deputy Superintendent Jamat Ali Shah appearing in court. The report also stated that both Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi are being provided with all required medical facilities under jail regulations.

Two days earlier, the court had issued a contempt notice to the jail superintendent for failing to present the report on time. The court requested the submission of the report from Adiala Jail authorities on Friday.
Imran Khan’s legal team has filed a petition seeking permission for personal doctors to access him in jail. The move reflects ongoing concerns regarding his health and medical care while in custody.

The hearing on the petition concerning his medical examination has been adjourned until tomorrow. Meanwhile, hearings on bail petitions in seven other related cases have been postponed until February 12.
