Former Pakistan all-rounder Imad Wasim has announced his divorce after more than six years of marriage, requesting privacy and urging fans and media to avoid sharing old personal photographs online.
In a statement shared on social media, he explained that the decision followed prolonged and unresolved differences over several years, adding that the separation was reached after careful thought.

Moreover, the cricketer clearly asked people not to refer to Sania Ashfaq as his spouse in the future and warned against speculation or misleading narratives surrounding the matter.
He further stated that any attempt to defame or drag others into the issue would be addressed through legal means, stressing that the matter remains strictly personal.

Meanwhile, addressing concerns about his family, Imad reaffirmed his responsibilities as a father, saying he would continue to fully care for and support his children without compromise.
The couple married in 2019 and share three children, with Imad concluding his message by thanking supporters for respecting boundaries during a sensitive period.
