Under the people-friendly police vision of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz, Punjab Police’s flagship project, Tahaffuz Manzil Foster Home, has achieved another important success.
According to a Punjab Police spokesperson, timely protection was provided to a Sindhi family who had fled Nawabshah due to domestic violence and disputes, reuniting them with their relatives. The family, including minor girls, reached Lahore in a vulnerable state, where the Police Protection Center at Data Darbar rescued them and ensured their safety.
The spokesperson added that the women and children were sheltered at Tahaffuz Manzil Foster Home, where the team traced their relatives and arranged counseling between the husband and wife.
