Later, a Kuts delegation met the minister for boards and universities to discuss the controversial bill. They highlighted several clauses they consider damaging. They added that the bill creates a wrong impression about the institute’s funding. They clarified that two donors mentioned in the bill provided less than one percent of total support.
Teachers explained that most buildings, labs, and equipment came from many other donors. They rejected the idea that ICCBS runs mainly through support from those two names. They insisted that the government must understand the true financial structure. They also demanded full transparency before any move toward ICCBS detachment.
