The Ministry of Religious Affairs has officially extended the deadline for Hajj 2026 registration by two more days, now allowing applicants until July 11 to complete their submissions. The extension applies to both the nominated banks across Pakistan and the official online portal, giving pilgrims more flexibility to apply.
According to the ministry’s spokesperson, the decision was made in response to strong public demand from potential pilgrims who were unable to register in time. The registration process, originally set to close earlier this week, will now remain open through Friday.
As of now, more than 313,000 applicants have successfully registered for Hajj 2026. This high volume reflects strong interest in performing the pilgrimage next year, despite expected cost increases and global travel uncertainties.
The ministry clarified that final Hajj expenses, travel packages, and eligibility terms will be released later in the official Hajj Policy 2026, which is currently under review and expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
Officials have urged applicants to avoid last-minute rushes, complete all documentation carefully, and use verified platforms to register. The government also plans to enhance transparency and digital tracking for the upcoming Hajj operations.
