LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) Chief Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah on Monday issued a notice to the chief traffic officer (CTO) on a petition against traffic mess in the provincial capital. The court ordered the CTPO to submit his reply till January 23. Sardar Khurram Latif Khosa moved the petition submitting that police had miserably failed to solve traffic problems in the city. He said that massive traffic jams had become a routine in the city, which was causing serious problems. He said that police was not paying any attention to traffic problems. He requested the court to direct the traffic police to solve traffic problems.
