A disgruntled fan threw a shoe at pop star Justin Bieber when he refused to sing Despacito at the Summerburst festival over the weekend.
The latest Latin American hit has been the first mostly Spanish song to reach the U.K top ten in around 20 years and it rose to even greater success after a new version in collaboration with Bieber was released recently.
It was made quite evident by the Canadian singer that he didn’t exactly know all the words to the song, after he was found making fun of the lyrics at a New York nightclub and on twitter.
He reportedly said at the concert: “I can’t do that specifically,”
“I don’t know the words… I can’t do it.”
However, this was unacceptable to one fan who then hurled a shoe at Bieber for not complying. However, Bieber narrowly dodged the projectile thrown at him and told the crowd “not to throw things” at him.
