Sir: Despite tall claims, senior citizens are still treated badly in banks and other public places. In the pension branch Pakistan Post Office, senior citizens have to wait for hours to get their monthly pension. According to sources, majority of pensioner are received their pension from the declared banks but still, a large number of senior citizens still have no bank accounts and wait hours in different Post Offices.
Authorities are requested to look into this matter and provide open space for old pensioners in banks and other collection centres.
