PHC accepts plea for removal of crush plant from BakotThe Peshawar High Court Abbottabad circuit bench has accepted the writ petition filed by the residents of Bakot village, the most beautiful tourist spot in Galiyat for the removal of crush plant in the area and had sought reply from at least 10 parties, including mineral, industries, finance departments, commissioner Hazara, Deputy Commissioner Abbottabad and District police officer Abbottabad within two weeks. The writ was filed by lawyer Sardar Haseeb Advocate on behalf of local residents Naseer Abbasi, Nafees Abbasi, Turab Abbasi, Mushtaq, Sardar Soheeb Advocate Zahoor Iqbal, and others who had taken the plea that with the installation of crushing plant in the area, it will badly damage the clean environment of the area, will be damaging the clean drinking water of the adjacent nullah which is linked with the God gifted natural spring water and will be great loss the billion tree tsunami project and also will be damaging the greenery of the area. It was further taken the plea that area is rich in herbal products used in a different kind of medicines will be damaged. The divisional bench comprises of Mr. Justice Shakeel Ahmed and Mr. Justice Ahmad Ali.
