
ISLAMABAD: Bananistan, the latest play by Pakistan’s leading theatre group, KopyKats Productions, has worked wonders in the realm of theatre by making the audiences spellbound during its performances. The play which has mesmerised people of all age groups and all the strata of the society, from nifty lads to gruesome wild eyes of brunettes and almond eyed people, the inhabitants of sizzling world of glamour and glitz, serene looking delights and mighty coquettish ladies of magic land of deceit and delusion, is now pacing into premier zone at the National Library. Its dazzling beauty will continue to stun the audience for a span of 20 days. The play is the brain child of Dawar Muhammad and a galaxy of star studded talent. Saqib Sumeer, Mustafa, Faisal, Salman and Fawad are the co-authors. From coaching the actors to act, sound and look like our politicians to directing the play into a perfect harmony, Tulin has let her magic work. Credits to Zain Ahmed, as the audience is going to experience the life of the theatre in front of their own eyes along with what goes on behind the stage for the first time ever.
