The 72nd Cannes Film Festival concluded on Saturday, screening new films of all genres including documentaries from around the world.
While we were still in awe of the fashionable line up from the Met Gala, here was another annual event where we witnessed the most exaggerated ball gowns, perfectly tailored couture pieces and the most sparkly, well-constructed patterns. There was the amfAR Gala, The Cannes Cruise and the after party. Celebrities changed into a number of looks for all the different Cannes events. Elle Fanning, the ‘Maleficent’ beauty was seen in a vintage, rosy ball gown by Valentino and a Dutch style braid to frame her pretty face.
