Dera Ghazi Khan Regional Police Officer (RPO) Muhammad Umar Sheikh on Saturday inaugurated Police Khidmat Centre at Layyah Police Office.

It was shared the citizens would be able to get learner driving licences, character certificates and other facilities at the centre. On the occasion, the RPO directed the district police to deal with the masses in a polite manner. “A policeman is the first person who comes in contact with distressed citizens and therefore he must deal with the masses politely, said the RPO.

He said that all possible arrangements had been ensured to entertain masses at the khidmat centre.

Later, certificates and prizes were also distributed among police officers on the basis of their performance.
